Enabling Loggin in Oracle 9iAS.
Steps involved
1. Navigate to jserv.properties. Typically its located under $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.properties
2. Verify log = true
3. log.file =~/jserv.properties
verify that the log file has proper permissions (Basically 777)
